- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My husband and I have been a customer of Patsy Meck's State Farm office for approximately 20 years. For the past 15 years I have yet to have an experience with them that did not turn into a nightmare. I have found that the agents do not in any way fight for their clients but for their company. I mistakenly thought she was supposed to represent us in some way. It has been costly and frustrating, and my patience has finally ran out and I'm glad to say we have finally moved on to an agency that represents the clients that pay them and not the insurance company. I hope in some way this helps someone to avoid the repeated bad experiences we have been through.By A Google User, August 25, 2017
